3.1 Phillip Lim Large Pashli in Bright Fuschia

Pink seems to be on the menu this week! First, I bought a gorgeous pre-loved Smythson bag in powder pink, and now I've just received this gorgeous bright fuschia 3.1 Phillip Lim Large Pashli. This is the second pre-loved Large Pashli bag that I've written about, but this one is a newer model (without the scalloped leather detailing) and features black hardware instead of the usual silver.

The 3.1 Phillip Lim Pashli is available in three sizes, and the largest size typically does not come with a detachable shoulder strap. This hot pink bag is an example of the larger size, and can therefore only be carried by hand or on the crook of the arm. Somehow, this isn't an issue as it's surprisingly comfortable - and stylish - to carry the bag in this way. When I carry the larger size I think it does a magical job of making me look slimmer, but it isn't so large as to overwhelm you if you're petite. 

This pre-loved 3.1 Phillip Lim Pashli bag is made from textured leather with a durable finish, and it really does not display many scratches or any other marks or stains. The only issue which sometimes presents itself with these colourful Pashli bags is that there can be some issues with colour fading or transfer. On this particular bag, there is some slight fading on the handles and on a small area on the back of the bag, presumably where the bag has rubbed against clothes during use. On this particular Pashli bag the issue is hardly noticeable, but it does seem to be a regular problem for pre-loved 3.1 Phillip Lim bags. This is definitely something to consider if you're thinking of purchasing these bags brand new at the full retail price of $975.

I believe that this 3.1 Phillip Lim Large Pashli is in the official brand colour "Bright Fuschia", and at the time of writing this there were still Pashli bags on the official 3.1 Phillip Lim website being sold in this shade. This suggests that this bag isn't necessarily that old, as colours are often discontinued season to season. The Large Pashli is not that readily available here in the UK, and they are generally sold in fewer colours than the medium and small models. This makes Stored and Adored's bright pink example quite the find, and I'm happy to tell you that it is available to purchase from our online pre-loved designer bag shop.
